Bushkill Falls
Bushkill Falls, the "Niagara of Pennsylvania," threads a series of eight waterfalls through 300 wooded acres in the Pocono Mountains, linked by a network of trails and bridges. A 15-minute green trail reaches the Main Falls with steps but no climbing, while the two-mile red trail takes about two hours and passes all eight cascades. Between hikes, families find paddle boats, fishing, miniature golf, a maze, gem "mining," and gift shops. The park is open April through November.
